This command has two functions, depending upon the current view.  In the Design calculator view, it causes all the Calculator blocks and their inter-connections to be selected.  This is useful when repositioning or deleting elements.  In the Calculation notes view, the command results in all the text in the current calculation note being highlighted.  This ensures that all text is copied to the Windows Clipboard if the Copy command is chosen.
