This commands adds a new blank calculator to the VoIP Select database. The new calculator is assigned a name of the format "New calculator xx", where xx is a unique reference number for the calculator. The name of the calculator can be changed using the Rename command.

When a new calculator is created, the workspace moves into its Design calculator view to allow the new calculator to be designed.
