Exactly what average delay are you after?
I could for instance point to the average delay in call connection, which depending if its fixed or mobile (as both vary) to 2 and 5 seconds.
Can you be a bit more specific please? and the answers above are not gospel, some mobile calls can take 10 seconds to connect. :) |
