Question-1 Traffic channels fault
Customer reported that operating channel become faulty after several hours staying without termination.
-Is termination relative to any damage? OR it is just a conjunction?
Customer kept traffic channel without termination, open. And after putting E1 thru this channel they have got a lot of bit errors thru this one.
For troubleshooting, what should you need to consider from below items and why? Please clarify.
Hints: For example, RSL level, BER alarms(High BER/Low BER),Event log, Performance data, working status other E1 channel in same IDU, Frequency, BW capacity or any other parameter. |
